Man getting a photo of the Mk. 3's turret bustle is going to be hard unless you or some one you know that lives in Latrun Israel. An they are willing to go over to the museum and pop you some photos of it. There's no weld lines on my new resin turret., but I do know that the rear basket was boldted on with 3 heavy bolts on both sides. Smiley

Good luck with getting those new under side photos.

I see some weld lines here:

As you can see, that part has a curved surface, in the Academy kit is flat, I'll use epoxy putty to give it the proper shape.

Yes I see it's curved downwards. Now in seeing that you a guy that's going for absolute perfection or shoud I say absolute accuracy. Wink One should rebuild the rear basket. Here's the thing are you going to pivit the turret so some one can see if or is this just for your eyes? Eathere way you will want to kick your self if you don't add this bit of detail seeing that you a perfectionist as well. I'm one as well but I'm only willing to go so far with it. Tongue but I'm going to go on, and add that bit of detail as well. and my build will be for me and othere's as well. I do like showing my art off. Grin
